While stopped at the light at 800 North & Freedom Blvd. in Provo, Utah I saw this thing pass me heading south on Freedom. I quickly jumped into the turn lane and waited for the light to change. A few cars behind it I could just barely see that it stayed on Freedom as I kept getting red lights. Eventually I caught up to it moments before it was to be turned into scrap metal.
